We suggest you review the Application, take sufficient time to compile thoughtful answers in your word-processing program, and then copy and paste them into the form below. Due to the volume of requests, incomplete applications cannot be considered. When you click "submit" you will receive a form email letting you know we have received your application.
Our August Sharing Program Committee meets at least once a month to consider applications so you should receive notification about your request within 60 days. Please take this time into consideration when applying for assistance with a particular, one-time project, program, or event.
